• Price per person per night including breakfast.
• Starting from January 1st, 2026, the tourist tax will be €4.00 per person per night.
• Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.

Short stay:
The indicated prices apply for a minimum stay of 6 nights.
For 1 to 2 nights the price increases by 10%, for stays of 3 to 5 nights, the price increases by 5%.

This offer includes the following services:
• Mar Dolomit: Daily free access to indoor and outdoor pools and saunas, located just 5 minutes from our property. More information: www.mardolomit.it
• Tennis: Free access to tennis courts just 2 km away from our property.
• Val Gardena Guest Pass: Free use of buses and trains throughout South Tyrol.
• Val Gardena ACTIVE: Enjoy guided hikes, mountain bike tours, specialised courses, and much more. More information: www.valgardena-active.com
• Ice skating: Free entry to the Pranives ice rink in Selva di Val Gardena.
• Free WiFi


• On the arrival day, the rooms are available from 3 p.m.
• On the departure day, we kindly ask that you leave the room by 10 a.m.
• We suggest that you stipulate a trip cancellation insurance directly from our website.

Hotel Maria is situated in the heart of Ortisei’s centre, the ideal place for your stay:
• Bus station: 2 minutes on foot.
• Alpe di Siusi: 5 minutes on foot.
• Seceda: 6 minutes on foot.
• Rasciesa funicular: 10 minutes on foot.


Discounts are available for the third and fourth beds:
• For children up to 2 years of age, € 10,00 per day
• For children from 2 to 6 years of age, a discount of -50%
• For children from 6 to 12 years of age, a discount of -30%
• For children over 12 years of age, a discount of -20%

Surcharge:
• Parking: We offer one of our two garages for your vehicle at €7.00 per day.

Cancellation policy
  • Free up to 31 days before arrival
  • From 30 days until 8 days prior to arrival we retain the deposit paid
  • From 7 days until the day of arrival we charge 80% of the total stay
  • For early departure we charge the full amount of the stay
Trip cancellation insurance:
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
